This Policy applies only to the public Josda marketing website. Josda provides two software offerings:

• Estate Planning software for financial advisors and their clients.
• Estate Settlement software for executors, trustees, families, and professionals involved after a death.

Separate privacy policies and terms apply to use of the Josda application, client portal, advisor portal, and other logged-in services. This Website Privacy Policy does not cover information that clients, advisors, executors, families, or other users submit through those applications, including estate planning data, estate documents, account or beneficiary details, passwords or device access information, legal documents, financial records, or settlement case information.

We collect information you submit to us and information generated automatically when you visit the Website.

• Contact information submitted through forms, such as name, email address, phone number, firm or company name, role or title, and the content of any message you send us.
• Demo and meeting requests, including information you provide when you book or request a demo, schedule a call, or otherwise contact us about Josda’s products.
• Marketing resource downloads, including information you provide when you request an overview, guide, or other marketing resource.
• Technical and usage information, such as IP address, browser type and version, device information, operating system, pages viewed, referring pages, UTM and other campaign parameters, approximate location derived from IP, and interaction data.
• Cookie, analytics, advertising, and performance information collected through cookies, pixels, tags, SDKs, and similar technologies as described below.

We use information collected through the Website to:

• respond to inquiries and requests for information;
• schedule and follow up on demos and meetings;
• send requested resources, such as overviews or guides;

Josda retains information collected through the Website for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, managing business relationships, marketing, analytics, security, and meeting legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the context in which it was collected.

• You may contact Josda to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or other action regarding personal information you have submitted through the Website.
• You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails or by contacting us.
