This varies a great deal. Most people will spend at least six months settling an estate. Some spend longer. Few are able to do it more quickly. We do address the variables that extend the time it takes to settle in estate in our blog and other public articles. You can - of course - message us and describe your situation and we're happy to provide feedback on what you should expect along your estate settlement journey.

No. Our pricing is intentionally straightforward. Same price regardless of size or complexity of the estate.

Josda can still be a valuable tool. No. The $49.99 license covers all Josda functionality and support. Any other fees or expenses you encounter will be outside of the Josda application.
